Tokyo Disneyland

Tokyo DisneyWhat happens when you mix Tokyo and Disney? Absolute madness! Despite this A and I made the 45 minute journey accross the city to experience it all. One piece of advice, buy your tickets in advance, we ended up having to wait over an hour to get in. We have sunburn as proof!

Once we had something to eat we decided to try and get on some rides, for most of the big ones you had to wait up to 3 hours, not something we wanted to do, so we opted for the teacups, two simulators and two shows, we also got to see the Halloween parade as well.

We had a really good time, it was just a shame we couldn’t get on all the rides, we think its half term as well over here because it was absolutely packed! This is our last night here as we head off to Sydney tomorrow. Tokyo has been brilliant, we would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone who has ever thought about coming. We are going to do a little bit of shopping tomorrow morning before heading off to the airport.

This was a band that had just started playing as we entered the main shopping area of Disney, they were really good and I was very lucky to get this photo….

  • Hi Fi, glad you like the website, least someone does!

We are spending three days in Syd, then 3 in the blue mountains, then 3 in Syd again, then 3 in Melbourne (to see neighbours!) then 3 at Cogee beach, then off to the hunter valley for a wedding and finally off to singapore! Not mcuh really!

Proabably won't be able to put any more photos on for a bit, the computers are really slow out here but will get them all on once I am back. Enjoy the site!

    Hi H,

Thanks for the update! Will email you soon - we are only allowed 10 mins on this computer!!

Hi there you two, I am slightly ashamed that I have learned so much about your lives through this website.

Glad you're having a good time - Japan is wow isnt it? The kids were only talking about the Japanese loos the other day - a must have item.

Hope you enjoy Sidney - what's the rest of the itinerary for Oz.

Am fascintated by your website - this will be my lunchtime entertainment for the next month!!

    Lots of love

    Hello,

It all looks fantastic. I want to hear about the shoes and the fashions.

Disney looked brilliant - just a shame our vibes didn't help Michael Schumacher (his engine blew! and Alonso won, so hopes for the championship not looking so good).

A bit of news for you - Take That are releasing a new single. Apparently it's a ballad and Mum says it isn't aimed at the McFly audience!!!

Hope you continue having a good time and the flight is ok.

Looking forward to the next instalment.

    H xx

Hi Therese and Hugh - great to hear from you. Glad you like the pics. We've had a free 'business suite' in the hotel so have been able to upload everything quickly ...

No sushi yet Therese ... I think we might give it a miss (have yet to find a menu in English so chickened out for fear of eating something horrid!)

    Sayonara!
